We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sotam Country House Guest House and it was a delightful experience. João, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the location of the hotel is excellent, situated just off a quiet lane and only a short walk away from shops, bars, cafes, and a beautiful river beach. Our room was comfortable and the entire house was immaculate. João prepared a delicious breakfast each day, offering a choice of scrambled eggs and bacon or ham and cheese, various homemade jams, and fresh bread rolls. the garden provided a lovely space to relax in the sun or shade. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all. 👍.
